Learning Objectives

The learner will:

  1. identify some of the philanthropic acts in world history.
  2. describe the philanthropic contributions made by the five major world religions: Hinduism, Buddhism, Christianity, Judaism and Islam.
  3. identify three significant factors that impact the nonprofit sector in the world of contemporary international philanthropy.
