Story Quilt Project

1. Measure the ends of your bed then draw a head and footboard on tagboard to fit. Cut them out and decorate both sides with markers. Write the title and author of your sequenced story on the headboard. Glue them to the head and the foot of the bed.
   
   
2. Measure and cut a piece of construction paper to cover the top of the bed but not the face and pillow. This will be the quilt top.
   
   
3. Glue the construction paper shapes for the pattern you designed on to the quilt top.
   
   
4. Write the title of your sequenced story on the quilt then tape it to one side of the bed so that it can be lifted.
