Instructions to Students for Completing Journal Entries Assessing the Classroom Rules

• Each journal entry should deal with the numbered questions which follow.
• Each entry should address one of these terms:
  • majority rule;
  • minority rule;
  • consent;
  • rule by the people; and,
  • rule of law.
• The first journal entry will be due two weeks after the vote on the final set of rules.
• A minimum of five journal entries will be due by the end of the semester.
• Each journal entry must be at least one page.
