Peer Editing Symbols

Three lines are drawn under any letters that should have been capitalized.
A slash is placed through any letter that should have been lower case.
A circle is placed around a misspelled word and then it is labeled with sp.
A circle with a period in the center is placed at the end of a sentence that needs punctuation added.
A lower case t. is placed over a verb that is written in the wrong tense.
This symbol is used when there is a problem with singular/plural.
