Students compare and contrast attributes of school systems across the globe. They work in small groups to identify the successes and possible school improvements in their own school system and in vulnerable schools around the world. Students take action by participating in an activity that raises awareness about schools that do not have sufficient resources.
Students read and learn about a group, IMPUHWE (means compassion in Kinyarwanda), that supports girls’ education in Rwanda. They compare and contrast attributes of school systems across the globe.
