Students learn about the effects of pollution on air quality, and how air quality affects our life. They develop their advocacy skills while presenting information about air quality and create Public Service Announcements encouraging others to be good stewards of the Earth by helping clean up the pollutants in the air.
This lesson will serve to stimulate awareness of the role that air quality has in our everyday life.
This lesson will provide a forum for the learners to actively participate in a project that will allow them to become stewards of and advocates for the environment.
The purpose of the lesson is to provide the learners with opportunities for further exploration into the causes and effects of pollutants on air quality.
